Delivery & shipping costs

When we duly receive your order and payment on a Monday to Thursday before 11 a.m., we will start preparing your package. Your order will then be shipped within 24 to 48 hours and handed over to the parcel transporter. All orders received between Thursday 11 a.m. and Monday 11 a.m. will be shipped on the Monday.

We use DHL for standard shipping throughout the Netherlands and Europe* while we use UPS for outside Europe**. Our packages are delivered on workdays and Saturdays.

* Within Europe we ship to some countries through a different carrier:
By PostNL: 

- Iceland
- Malta
- Russia

By UPS:
- Denmark
- France
- Norway
- Serbia
- Switzerland
** Outside Europe we ship to Canada by PostNL/CanadaPost.
We do not ship to all countries outside Europe. If you cannot select your destination country during checkout, please contact us.
Due new UK tax government rules, we can't ship anymore to United Kingdom.

If the shipping details are entered incorrectly, we cannot guarantee proper delivery. The buyer shall bear any additional costs incurred for the adjustment to the shipping details or for resending.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for Netherlands:

·         €5.45 up to a weight of 20 kg and an order value below €30

·         Free shipping from an order value of €30

Shipping costs for Belgium:

·         €11.10 up to a weight of 20 kg and an order value below €40

·         Free shipping from an order value of €40

Shipping costs for Germany:

·         €9.20 up to a weight of 20 kg and an order value below €40

·         Free shipping from an order value of €40

Shipping costs for other countries:

·         The calculation of the shipping costs is based on weight. When you have placed all your desired products in your shopping cart, you can calculate the shipping costs and any taxes by entering the destination country, province and postal code.
