We are not satisfied
until you are. For this reason, we are constantly improving our services and
products.
Returns
For all our non-food
products, you have the right to consider your purchase for 14 days, which is
the cooling-off period. Within this period you can return the product without stating
any reasons, starting from the day you received the product. If you change your
mind within the cooling-off period, we would like to receive notification of
this by e-mail to let us know that we can expect the return of your order. The 14-day
cooling-off period starts from the moment you receive the order.
The shipping costs,
return costs and any associated risks are for your account. If the products are
not returned in a proper condition, we cannot refund the amount of the
products. This will be the case when:

has been used.

Not all stated
products have been returned.
·
The product
is damaged.
·
The parcel
is lost/not received by us.
·
You have
not sent us a return notification in advance by e-mail.
We will credit the amount as soon as
possible.
Please note that the right of return does not apply to our cheeses. These are excluded
from the right of return in the Distance Selling Act. Of course you can return
the cheese if it was delivered wrongly or damaged. Please contact us by e-mail
and send us pictures.
Complaints
Of course we understand
the inconvenience if you should still have a complaint about your experience
with our service or about our products. We therefore kindly ask you to contact
our customer service. We will endeavor to respond to your complaint within 14
days of receipt. In the unlikely event that we need more time, we will notify you
accordingly.
