'Le Guillotin' Wyngaard is made to cut thin slices of Reypenaer and Wyngaard cheese.
When you slice the cheese finely you experience the flavour, the aroma and the texture at its best, since that allows the air temperature and ambient oxygen to gain full access to the cheese. Serve at room temperature. If you chill the cheese in the refrigerator, take it out one hour before eating.
Not dishwasher safe. You can remove the blade from the handle for cleaning.
