The Wyngaard Affiné cheeses are traditionally ripened for 16 weeks and refined with Mustard Dille or Truffle. The Mustard Dille and Truffle are gradually absorbed by the cheese to delicious combinations, where you can explore both the combinations as well as the fine cheese itself.

Matured 16 weeks. Cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk, 48% Fat i.d.m. with a layer of mustard dill.
