This cheese is matured for approximately 10 months, then segmented and subsequently refined with candied ginger. Its intense flavour and a mix of slightly salty, nutty, fruity and creamy aromas, combined with the sweet-spicy zing of ginger, are what distinguish this cheese.

Matured 10 months. Cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk, 48% Fat i.d.m. with a layer of candied ginger.
